I started my career in hotel IT support — managing everything from front desk computers to PABX systems and surveillance setups. Over the years, that hands-on experience evolved into deep specialization in Property Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning platforms.
What makes my approach different is that I've been on the hotel floor. I've seen how IT failures impact check-in queues at peak hours. I've trained front desk agents the night before a go-live. I've sat in finance meetings explaining why the system produces that specific number on that specific report. That background shapes everything I build and every consultation I provide.
Parallel to my hospitality work, I've grown into a full-stack web developer — building custom business applications, e-commerce platforms, booking systems, and dashboards using modern frameworks. React, Angular, ASP.NET Core, and TypeScript are my daily tools.
